Publisher and scope
Simeon Kirilov is the individual publisher responsible for 10 Best SweepStakes and the information he handles in running it. Delivering the website
Hosting and security providers may process an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information and error details to serve pages, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. These operational records are separate from the commercial click table. Their retention follows the providers’ actual configurations; we do not promise that they share the counter’s deletion period.
Public readers do not register visitor accounts, post comments, submit contact forms or subscribe to a newsletter on this site. Advertising pixels and remarketing tags are not enabled. Search uses a downloaded index filtered in the browser rather than a dedicated service collecting typed search queries.
Commercial outgoing clicks
The first-party server counter for Casino.click and FreeSpin records the destination brand, UTC event time, source-page identifier, public source path without query strings, placement and a traffic category such as ordinary, internal or testing. A random event ID identifies a click, not a returning person.
The click table stores no IP address, raw user-agent string, cookie value or persistent visitor identifier. The counter sets no analytics cookie. Request characteristics may be inspected to filter recognized automation, prefetches and non-navigation requests, and to classify publisher or test activity. Reports count events, including repeated clicks; they do not establish unique visitors. Logged-in owner activity is separated as internal traffic and ordinary reports exclude internal and release tests by default.
Daily cleanup is scheduled to remove records older than 395 days. Operator registration, purchase and commission postbacks are not active, and no unverified network sub-ID is forwarded. The affiliate disclosure explains the relationships behind the links.
Preferences and direct messages
A state selection helps navigate editorial information; it does not verify residence or physical location. It is not saved by default. If a Remember choice is offered and selected, the preference can remain in that browser’s local storage until cleared or changed. See the storage policy.
Messages to the publisher include what you send and the profile information Telegram makes available. They are used to respond, assess a correction or administer the website. Please do not send identity documents, financial records or operator credentials. Publisher-controlled information is retained only as reasonably needed for its purpose, legitimate record-keeping or applicable obligations.
