What to send
Send Simeon Kirilov a Telegram message at @igamingKirilov with the affected URL, the exact wording you are questioning and a link to the relevant official source. Mention an effective date or version where it changes the meaning.
We accept reports about expired promotions, missing location restrictions, inaccurate coin labels, broken links and accessibility barriers. A request to change an editorial preference is also feedback, but it is different from evidence that a factual claim is wrong.
How a report is assessed
The publisher compares the claim with current official rules, eligibility notices, help pages and direct announcements. Old promotions can remain searchable after they end. A publication date alone does not tell us whether a document still governs a particular offer.
If two official versions conflict, the appropriate response may be to explain the disagreement or withhold an active recommendation. We do not manufacture certainty from an unavailable document or assume that one reader’s account outcome applies to everyone.
How changes appear
A substantiated factual error should be corrected where it appears. A material change to status, eligibility or an offer explanation may also call for a visible clarification. Small spelling and layout fixes do not always need a separate notice.
Research dates should move when the underlying evidence is checked, rather than each time a page is opened or rebuilt. There is no promised review deadline or guarantee of a particular decision. Our editorial standards explain the wider process.
Keep private account material private
Do not send passwords, banking records, identity documents or confidential operator account files. A public link and concise explanation are the right starting point for an editorial issue. For privacy questions, state the nature of your request through the contact channel.
This process concerns our publishing. We cannot award a prize, obtain a refund, inspect an operator’s account records or decide a dispute. Those matters belong with the operator’s official support and any appropriate independent route. Correcting an article does not change a third party’s rules.
